Traditional Cooking

• Location: Traditional craft villages or open venues suitable for live fire cooking.
• Description: Participants will learn how to make various traditional Vietnamese dishes. The session includes cooking demonstrations, hands-on experience, and interactive challenges.

Vietnamese Calligraphy

• Location: UEH classrooms.

• Description: Workshop includes an introduction to the history of Vietnamese calligraphy, its tools and characteristics. Participants will be guided by a calligraphy expert to try writing in traditional styles.

Conical Hat Painting

• Location: Traditional craft villages or  UEH classrooms .
• Description: Participants will be introduced to the iconic Vietnamese conical hat (nón lá), then have the freedom to creatively decorate their own hats and take them home as souvenirs.

• Location: Traditional craft villages or large indoor areas.
• Description: Discover Vietnamese traditional crafts through hands-on pottery workshops. Create your own souvenirs and explore local artisan culture.
